And why do we provide you with that difference? Members of our venues team spent years as delegates and trainers / event organisers and repeatedly would be disappointed by the venues chosen for them. These usually did not meet expectations or budget! They also ended up having to carry out lots of research prior to going to the venue to identify simple basics such as the latest time they could get a meal due to a late arrival.
Therefore, on your behalf, we visit your chosen venue to make sure it is of the standard that is specified. This also enables us to check out accurate directions, facilities and services.
One of the key reasons why we assess customer service on our visits is due to the impact it has. It can make or break an event and you need to ensure that poor service will not detract from the event - we work with you to achieve this.
All this information is the focus of the Venue Information Sheet . We used our experience of the questions we frequently asked when attending a venue to create an information sheet. These are unique for every venue and cover every aspect you and your delegates need to know. This not only reassures the individuals but also allows them to focus on the content of the event they are attending.

Visits are arranged for all conference, meeting and training course events, unless timescales do not allow. You will be informed if this is not possible. Visits for overnight accommodation only are made for groups of 10 or more. |
