Coaching - The Service and Benefits

Expectations of individuals, particularly managers, are very high. People and business skills are a great asset and we are expected to naturally have these. The chances of being seen as effective if you cannot create rapport, solve problems or motivate your colleagues are very low - and most of the time unfair. The Difference

The methodology Leading Legends use is designed to help each person become aware of the skills and behaviours they use and how they can develop strategies and actions to increase natural ability. Naturally the service is provided with complete confidentiality. The coaching can be carried out either face to face or by phone, although primarily we would recommend face-to-face to ensure maximum impact. The coaching process used is as follows:
    silver square One-to-one discussions based on:
      silver diamond The skills/business needs the individual would like to strengthen
      silver diamond Feedback the individual has received from others, both formally and informally
    silver square On job feedback based on observations made by the coach
    silver square Action Plan for immediate implementation, based on the conclusions of the discussions
    silver square Evaluation of the changes in skills and behaviours and the positive outcomes this has produced
This methodology helps to identify and turnaround weaknesses, to deliver better results and increase profits and motivation.

Leading Legends works with you to identify the key areas to tackle and asks a series of questions to focus on different aspects, perspectives and options, leading you to your own conclusion. This impartial and individual attention enables you to reach and exceed all your goals. Whatever the subject matter that needs to be discussed our coaches guide you to the answers that will work for you, building trust and a strong rapport for complete openness and progression in the skills and behaviour. This allows for the individual to find their own successes and identify the solutions that are right for them.
