The Difference
The methodology Leading Legends use is designed to help each person become aware of the skills and behaviours they use and how they can develop strategies and actions to increase natural ability. Naturally the service is provided with complete confidentiality. The coaching can be carried out either face to face or by phone, although primarily we would recommend face-to-face to ensure maximum impact. The coaching process used is as follows:
One-to-one discussions based on:
The skills/business needs the individual would like to strengthen
Feedback the individual has received from others, both formally and informally
On job feedback based on observations made by the coach
Action Plan for immediate implementation, based on the conclusions of the discussions
Evaluation of the changes in skills and behaviours and the positive outcomes this has produced
