The use of psychometric tools can also be provided for further impartial feedback.
The Difference
Traditional career counselling concentrates on redesigning your CV or talking about interview skills, usually based around a decision you have already made about what your next steps are. Leading Legends is different in its approach as the career counselling is designed around the individual's needs as opposed to a set package and timescale. We act as your career resource rather than the traditional outplacement services that are usually provided.
