How does Legendary Venues provide a free service to its customers?
We take a standard commission from your chosen venue. As an independent venue-finder we are not limited in the choice of venues we can provide for you. The best thing is you don't pay any more than if you had booked direct and, in the vast majority of cases, we can often negotiate a lower rate for you - making sure you are always the winner.
How do we know the chosen venue you have suggested for us is right for our event?
We work in partnership with you, taking the time to find out exactly what you are looking for. Once you have chosen a venue you like, we will then visit the place to ensure that it meets your requirements and exceeds your expectations in customer care.
What makes Legendary Venues different from all the other venue-finding companies?

Once we have booked a venue, can we liaise directly with them?
Of course you can. We play as big or as small a part as you wish. Legendary Venues is there for you to use as you require to ensure the success of your event.
Legendary Venues - Event Management
We have some ideas of how we want our event to run. How do we remain in control if we involve Legendary venues?
The event is yours - we are there to support you - not to take over. Of course we will use our experience to advise you but the final decision is yours - as is the credit.
How much does event management cost?
This varies considerably, depending on what you want to achieve, both in turns of objective and image. However, due to the flexibility of our approach we can work to your budget. A full proposal would be designed around your needs and we take it from there.
Leading Legends
What makes you different to any other of the numerous providers in this area?
There are a number of areas where Leading Legends differ but the key aspects are our flexibility and speed. We provide everything on a menu basis, so you choose how much or how little you want us to be involved. This allows flexibility with your budget and own resources and you are not restricted by any packages. We also recognise that in many cases you need the extra resource, as you have to react to an immediate business need. So we react for you and use our experience to ensure that you deliver, whilst there is minimum stress for you.
How much do your services cost?
This can vary depending on your needs but we can guarantee that our fees are very competitive. Once you let us know what your objectives are, we will send you a very short proposal, which will outline the costs for you to achieve your goals.
We have some very tight timescales - how quickly you can deliver?
Due to the flexibility of our approach, in the majority of cases, we can respond immediately to your needs and usually deliver much quicker than you would have anticipated.
